We offer outstanding outside catering for any type of event, breakfast meetings, business luncheons, cocktail or dinner parties, corporate dining, airline services, rehearsal dinners, weddings, sit down or buffet style, birthdays, graduation and any
type of social gathering plus platters and full meals delivered or for pick up. Everything we offer is made to order and in house especially for your function. When creating your personalized menu we will talk about what you want, take into account any dietary needs plus special requests and consider seasonal availability, then create a menu that will fit your event and stay within your budget. Floral arrangements and centerpieces are also available.

Seared Sea Scallops
Flavored with cinnamon, curry, chili powder, ginger and sea salt.
Garnished with an agave blood orange infused oil, organic field greens with flat head parsley, basil flowers, shaved fennel and flavored with a fig aged balsamic, topped with organic ruby red grapefruit.

Cooking Classes

Our custom cooking classes are tailored to your needs. Maybe you and a group of friends want to learn how to make something special, what better person than a professional chef. Seasonal menus, beginning knife skills, sauces,

dressings, marinades, vegetable preparation; we can offer you personalized classes. Group settings, private individual classes, team building events at your business location, in the comfort of your home or my professional kitchen. Rates will vary according to menu and class size.
